Refunds & Return Policy

You can initiate a return within 3 days after delivery for Eligible reasons such as

Wrong items, damaged, defective, incomplete and wrong-size, items can be returned (Ensure items are reported within the shortest time possible to facilitate an easy return process)

When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging.

If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.

It can be delivered or we can pick it.

Return Steps

You can call the sales person to initiate the process of return upon which you will be sent form to fill to initiate the process

If the package was delivered to you and you requested for a pick-up, our delivery agent will call you to schedule a retrieval. There will be 2 attempts made to retrieve the item(s) in 3 business days.

If you initially picked-up your package from one of our stations or chose to drop-off at one, please take the items to the selected pick up station ONLY

Time

Within 72hours you can make the request and our sales person will advise the process thereafter

3 days. Once we receive your request, we will make two attempts to retrieve the item(s)

You will only be able to refund if it is not used and within 3 days of receiving the items

Problem

Your return request will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to return that item

It takes 2-5 business days for the money to reflect in your account. Please contact us if it you still haven’t received your refund after this time

Returned items will be redelivered to you if we cannot verify your reason for returning it. For example, if we can confirm the colour is the same and the gauge then we shall redeliver it back to you but at fee which is Kshs 5,000
